OUR PROGRAMS

12 CAUSES
12 MONTHS

This is the name of our most robust Social Responsibility strategy. Each month, we aim to support a different cause, committed to one of these three focuses: a low-carbon economy, aiding vulnerable groups, and the comprehensive development of our employees.

To fulfill this vision, we continuously collaborate with organizations such as CONAFOR, CEMEFI, orphanages, various organizations, nursing homes, and representative groups of indigenous peoples. We organize workshops on personal finance and physical activation sessions. We firmly believe it’s time to give back to Mexico some of what it has given us in our over 130-year history.

VOLUNTEERS

The Maritimex Volunteer Program is a key initiative within our Corporate Social Responsibility, aimed at creating value within our company, among our employees, and in the communities where we operate. This business effort seeks to promote a spirit of service not only among Maritimex employees but also among their families and friends.

Volunteering involves unpaid work that our employees undertake to support various social and environmental causes. It is a significant endeavor that transforms them into agents of change, committed to economic, social, and environmental development.

TRAINEE
PROGRAM

“Semillero de Talento” is the program through which we open doors to high-achieving young individuals, offering them the opportunity to become the future leaders of Maritimex. This program focuses on outstanding students who can contribute to our projects and activities.

Through this program, trainees will have the opportunity to complete their required professional internships as part of their studies, participating in a training process supervised by a company leader.
