TRACE ANTI-BRIBERY COMPLIANCE SOLUTIONS
The TRACE certification distinguishes companies that conduct business ethically and comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.S. Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption legislation. This certification is issued by TRACE International, a provider of third-party risk management solutions.
THE FEDERATION OF NATIONAL ASSOCIATIONS OF SHIP BROKERS AND AGENTS
The Federation of National Associations of Ship Brokers and Agents (FONASBA) was founded in 1969 with the purpose of promoting fair and ethical practices, ensuring that the interests of its members are recognized nationally and internationally within the maritime industry.
Maritimex is proud to have been certified by FONASBA since 2015. This certification distinguishes companies for meeting the quality standards set by FONASBA and maintaining a stable financial situation.

The Multiport Ship Agencies Network was founded in 1978 with the aim of strengthening trust in the maritime agency sector. Today, Multiport is the most extensive network of maritime agencies worldwide, with a presence in over 130 countries and coverage in more than 1800 ports. Maritimex has been a Multiport member since 1985.

THE MEXICAN ASSOCIATION OF SHIPPING AGENCIES A.C.
The Mexican Association of Shipping Agents (AMANAC) was founded in 1987 with the aim of defending the interests of shipping agents, representing them before authorities, suppliers, and unions, among others. It also offers specialized advice on legal, economic, and administrative matters to its members. Maritimex has been a member of AMANAC since 1987.

AMERICAN CHAMBER MEXICO
The American Chamber of Commerce in Mexico was founded in 1917 with the mission of promoting trade and investment between Mexico and the United States. The chamber is affiliated with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America. Currently, it has over 1,300 members nationwide and represents Mexico in 108 countries worldwide. Maritimex has been a member of the chamber since 1949.

XLProjects was founded in 2012 with the mission of supporting logistics companies, break bulk specialists, and forwarders in expanding their international businesses through the XLP logistics network. All XLP partners are experts in handling and transporting heavy lift cargo via maritime, air, and land modalities. Maritimex joined the XLP network in 2014.
